Win or Lose?

Working with clients over a number of years, it is evident that many - however apparently successful - have a view of the world along the lines of, "I win, or I lose". And, when faced with certain circumstances, they can then think, "I will lose this time". Unfortunately, this is a LIMITING belief, and one which will stifle the potential to "win". Better instead to reframe the situation, and think in terms of a PROCESS statement, leading to an ENABLING belief... To be specific, rather than saying "I will lose this time", reframe and say "I will learn x from this", and therefore allow the enabling belief, "I will continue to develop and grow". So, it isn't a question of "Win or Lose", it's - always - actually a question of "Win or Learn"!
