The Wheel of Life

Yesterday, I was with my client, "N", and we worked through an exercise well-known to Coaches - the Wheel of Life. "N" identified the 15 or so must important aspects of his life, and whittled those down to a top eight, filling in his own Wheel of Life, with scores from 0-10 indicating his current satisfaction with each of those eight areas. Picking one key area, 'Organisation', we then discussed the SMARTER goals he could set to improve his current score (of 4) by just one or two - small steps - and then identified three corresponding tasks to achieve his goals.

With that now in place - with two deadlines set for today, and one for Friday - we have started the process of improving "N"'s life, potential and performance... can't wait to hear how he's progressing later!
