My Story
From early entrepreneurial promise at the age of 11 - making 40% net profit on Coca-Cola cans bought from the Co-op and re-sold to school friends - through being spotted and trained for leadership by the Royal Air Force (as a pilot) at 15 years old, I have subsequently spent 25 years working in advertising management, first with network agencies such as Ogilvy, GGT, JWT and TMW, and latterly founding and running my own agencies: The Feel Agency, TomTom nation, Barber & Chandler, and The Wooden Table.
During that time, I have been a highly effective manger, leader, entrepreneur, mentor and non-executive director to many individuals and companies.
As well as setting up Chandler & Friends Coaching, I am also the Chair of Edvent, Business Ambassador for the School of Hard Knocks charity, and Joint Chair of the Graeme Robertson Trust. I have published a book about advertising management and effectiveness, “(Client) Service Manual”, and am a Fellow of the Institute of Direct & Digital Marketing.
